The Conference and the connected Poster Session were held at the ELTE Convention Centre (Eötvös Loránd University, address: H-1117, Budapest, Pázmány Péter sétány 1.)
The venue was equipped with
a complete range of conference facilities and there was ample
comfortable accommodation nearby.
The Conference site can be
reached easily by public transport (e.g. trams No. 4 or 6 and/or bus
No. 12) and it is fully accessible for disabled people.
It is situated in a pleasant and scenic park on the Danube embankment, enriched by the pleasant atmosphere on the Buda side of the river.
The official language of
the Conference was English.
Entry visas are not
required for citizens of most European countries, the USA and Canada.
Citizens of other countries can obtain a visa at the Hungarian Embassy
or Consulate in their country. A valid passport is required. For more

In consequence of Hungary's
continental climate, mid June can be considered as summer. The average
temperature is 25-30 oC during the day and
18-20 oC at night. The humidity is usually low,
but rainy days may be expected.
